Hidden in the Stacks Book Group @ Central
This month the Hidden in the Stacks Book Group will read and discuss The Phone Booth at the Edge of the World by Laura Imai Messina; translated from the Italian by Lucy Rand.
Yui loses her mother and her daughter in the tsunami that strikes Japan in 2011. Grief becomes the only thing she knows. Will a pilgrimage to a phone booth in an elderly man's garden provide her the closure she is looking for?
