Room Use Limits & Fees

• Reservation limit of once per calendar quarter, per group/individual.
• Requests can be made up to three months in advance.
• $50.00 for three hours, $50.00 for each extra hour/part of hour.
• An invoice with complete instructions will be issued upon approval.

• Submitting a Request Form does not guarantee use of the meeting room or the date and time requested.
• The Library reserves the right to ask for additional information if needed.
• Failure to comply with the provisions of the Library’s meeting room policy shall result in the cancellation of any scheduled use of meeting space.
