Family Mindfulness @ Hall
Use your senses in order to calm your body and mind, relax and of course have fun in this family program for children in grades K-5. We will read books and do activities that help us calm our minds and control our actions. Parents and siblings are encouraged to join us in this program so the whole family can benefit from practicing these habits at home. Registration is required.
