Midweek Medley Book Group @ Central
This month the Midweek Medley Book Group will read and discuss That Churchill Woman by Stephanie Barron.
Winston Churchill's mother, Jennie Jerome (later Lady Randolph Churchill), was an icon in her own right. This historical novel tells the reader how, when she was "forced to decide where her heart truly belongs, Jennie risks everything--even her son--and disrupts lives, including her own, on both sides of the Atlantic." (from the publisher).
