Understanding the Highly Sensitive Person @ William Hall

Join mental health counselor and author Shira Friedman for an examination of what it means to be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) through conversation about high sensitivity, healing, and the soul’s journey. Ms. Friedman will discuss how sensitivity can become a superpower; how to find resources and support; how parents, teachers, and significant others can best support loved ones with high sensitivity needs; and how each person can assist in their own rebirth of transforming trauma to triumph.

This inspirational session will include a chance for interactive reflection and a Q & A period. Copies of Ms. Friedman’s book, “Midwife of the Soul,” will be for sale for $22.00 and can be purchased with cash, check, and Venmo.

Free and open to the public. Registration is not required but those who register at least three days prior to the event will receive an email reminder. Register below or contact the library for assistance.
