Inheritance Planning Workshop @ William Hall

Inheritance Planning Workshop @ William Hall

Learn how to set up an estate plan that avoids taxes, legal fees, probate court, delays, and family disputes! All materials are provided with step-by-step instructions.

This workshop is based on presenter Bob Sherman’s experience as a trust owner for 16 years, and as executor and trustee of his parents’ trust. He closed his parents’ estate in six weeks by creating an inheritance plan that avoided probate court and legal fees.

Presenters' recommendation: If you have a family trust, bring your successor trustee with you to this workshop. Please make sure they register for the event.

Free and open to the public. Space is limited and registration is required. Register below or contact the library for assistance.
