Needle felting* is relaxing, therapeutic, and very portable. Great for the busy mind! You will learn the basics of needle felting, its history, use of tools and techniques to create your project. No experience necessary! Great for beginners and experienced alike. Each class is fun and friendly!
Keep in mind that felting needles are very sharp! This is a project designed for those who have good manual dexterity and sharp eyesight.
All materials are provided. Space is limited to 12. Registration is required. This program is open to those 18 and older.
*What is needle felting? It is creating art by repeatedly "poking" wool roving with special needles, until the fibers are entangled and felted. This is an ancient and fun art form that has been passed along through the ages!
