Deep Dive Book Group @ William Hall

Deep Dive Book Group @ William Hall

This month the Deep Dive Book Group will read and discuss "Harlem Shuffle" by Colson Whitehead.

What responsibility does a criminal have to the greater good? Can a man who has served time change his ways? Ray Carney may be a good man turned bad, but how has he been shaped by the society in which he lives?

Free and open to the public. Space is limited so registration is encouraged. To register click the button below or contact the library for assistance. Copies of the book will be available to pick up at the William Hall Circulation Desk.

Visit cranstonlibrary.org/book-groups to learn about other CPL book groups.

The Deep Dive Book Group reads three works by a particular author, one title per month for three months in a row, for a closer look at what makes this author so appealing. Titles will include a mix of classic or contemporary fiction and nonfiction. Participating patrons will have an opportunity to add their favorite authors into the mix.
