Susanne Murtha, NBC-HWC, CPMC, C-IAYT has been supporting the health and well-being of people for 27 years. She has specialized in areas of persistent pain, cancer and chronic illness, women’s pelvic health, and self-care for caregivers. She draws from Eastern wisdom with advanced certifications in yoga, yoga therapy, iRest guided meditation and Ayurveda, and from Western Science as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and Certified Pain Management Coach.
