Building a Resilient Brain: Secrets of the Super Agers
Super Agers are a special group of seniors that practice good body and brain health far into their senior years. What makes them different from the average aging adults and which of their habits should we consider embracing? A follow-on to Tips and Tricks to Keep Our Memory Strong as We Age, join Terry Fogerty of Rhode Island Hospital’s Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Program, to explore the secrets of the Super Agers.
During this talk Terry will:
- Explain what the definition of a Super Ager is.
- Describe how Super Agers differ from the average older adult.
- Discuss things you can do that may help you reach Super Ager status.
