The Other Book Group @ Central

The Other Book Group @ Central

This month The Other  Book Group will read and discuss the book "Choir Boy" by Tarell Alvin McCraney.

Writer of the Oscar-winning film, Moonlight, McCraney's play set in an all-boys, all-Black American prep school scores a gospel refrain of the politics of minority and masculinity.

We will be giving away 12 free copies of this month's book selection with the intent that they are picked up beforehand and ready to be discussed at the meeting! First come, first serve. Free and open to the public. Space is limited. Registration is required. To register click the button below or contact the library for assistance. Copies of the book will be available to pick up at the Circulation Desk of the Central branch.
