ONLINE PROGRAM: Detox Your Mind Through Meditation

ONLINE PROGRAM: Detox Your Mind Through Meditation

Detoxing—the process of eliminating harmful toxins from the body—has become mainstream. But can we detox our minds, too? Learn how the simple but life-changing act of meditation improves thought patterns and calms the mind to bring about mental wellness and inner peace. In this online program, long-time meditator Eileen Carlotto will teach powerful meditation techniques, guide participants through a practice session, and answer questions.

Free and open to the public. Registration is required. Register below or contact the library for assistance. The Zoom link will be emailed shortly after 5:00 PM on the day of the event.

Eileen Carlotto is a recently retired middle-school art teacher, author, and illustrator. With over 35 years of experience to draw on, Eileen offers workshops on various aspects of meditation and spirituality. She has studied under world-renowned teachers and has been to India many times to deepen her practice. Eileen is also the author of Through the Stars, an illustrated book for young children.
