Yoga Workshop: How to Relax @ Central

Come join us for our monthly yoga workshop!

The Huddle Center, an initiative out of OneCranston Health Equity Zone (HEZ), is working with co-owner of Santosha Yoga Janie Ganga to bring the Cranston community a chance to decompress.

During stressful times that the community may face, The Huddle Center is focused on providing space for Cranston families to come together and connect with one another.

In our fifth and final yoga workshop we are focusing on "How to Relax." Overall yoga is whatever you would like to make of it, and here at the Huddle Center we hope that our yoga workshop with Janie can provide you with new information and a relaxing time. Taking in everything we have learned; this last workshop will equip you with the overall tools to relax going forward.

We will have a limited number of yoga mats available, please email Jillian Sparaco jsparaco@comcap.org with any questions and to reserve a mat.
